- Copy of the company’s commercial license if the investing company exists in Dubai.
- A certificate of Good Standing if the investor is a foreign company.
- Copy of the investing company’s Board Resolution.
- Copy of the company’s Certificate of Incorporation.
- Completed specimen signature for all shareholders.

- For each programme, description of target market and evidence of student and employer demand. Evidence that the programme includes some localized industry element integrated into the curriculum.
- For CAA accredited Branch Campuses, approval from the Home HEP to offer the programme in Dubai and confirmation that the HEP branch programme is equivalent to the HEP Home programme and that the students will have access to similar learning resources.
