The Compliance Department of the Regulations and Compliance Commission (RCC) evaluates and reports the level of adherence of the education providers to the guidelines set by KHDA.

While it is the department within RCC that is seen as one that regularly ‘checks upon’ education providers to ensure adherence, the Compliance Department also plays a supportive and suggestive role.

This department follows a compliance process that specified in the KHDA Board of Resolution. Adherence to the compliance process is a mandatory requirement for all education providers with a KHDA Educational Services Permit. Both the system and manual are currently underway and are due to be published shortly through these pages.
