  1. Who are KHDA’s customers?

    Our first and foremost customer is the student – the learner – the reason why the education sector exists. Besides the student, our customers are parents, education providers, administrators and professionals.

  2. What are the services provided by the Customer Service Department?

    KHDA’s Customer Service Department provides all the general customer related services for schools, higher education providers, training institutes and continuous learning.

  3. What are the channels of communication available for customers?

    Customers can contact KHDA through the following channels:

  4. What is customer service approach KHDA wide?

    There are dedicated customer related focal points in every department within KHDA who respond to customer requirements. All the focal points then enter the queries, complaints and disputes in the IT-based system that records and tracks the cases once registered.

  5. Is there a customer services manual?

    The customer services manual is currently being developed and will be published through these web pages and will be made available at the KHDA reception/front desk.

  6. Is there a time limit for response to customer queries?

    KHDA is committed to acknowledging customer communication no later than 24 hours and is committed to resolving customer related issues no later than seven working days.
