Mohammed Ahmad Darwish leads the Regulations and Compliance Commission (RCC) which regulates all private education providers.

Mohammed is a graduate of the Dubai leadership program and INSEAD’s Young Managers Program in France. He also holds a degree in Mass Communications from UAE University in addition to professional qualification from CIPS –UK.
