1

Submission of completed permit cancellation application and related documents.

  1. Letter addressed to the Chief of the Regulations and Compliance Commission requesting the cancellation of the Educational Services Permit. This document should be signed by:

    a. The Academic Head

    b. If applicable, all shareholders/ investors


  2. Proposed Action plan including the following:

    a. Suggested time lines for closing the campus

    b. Action plan for the students and staff

    c. Proposed draft communication to the students and prepared media releases

  3. If the Higher Education Provider, (HEP) is accredited by the Commission for Academic Accreditation, (CAA), communication confirming that the CAA have approved this request,

  4. If the HEP is a branch campus, a letter confirming that this programme will no longer be offered in Dubai.
