Submission of renewal application and phase I documents

1. Valid copy of the lease agreement.
   
   
2. If applicable, a copy of the renewed Academic Infrastructure Provider’s/ Investor’s commercial license.
   
   
3. Completed Certificate of Authorisation signed by the Permit holder.
   
   
4. Copy of the Certificate of fitness from the Governing body for Health care (if the Higher Education Provider has an in house medical clinic).

Upon approval of phase I documents, KHDA will issue a No Objection letter and request submission of phase II documents.

3. Updated Certificate of Authorisation to be completed by the Academic Head.
   
   
4. Copy of current Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, (MoHESR) licensure.
   
   
5. Copies of letters from the CAA confirming that all offered programmes have been accreditation. Please provide any correspondence from the CAA for each programme.
   
   
6. Copy of the Certificate of fitness from the Governing body for Health care (if the Higher Education Provider has an in house medical clinic).
