Dubai, with its significant achievements, won the admiration of many and topped news headlines around the world. These achievements came in the context of Dubai’s efforts in keeping pace with the rapid growth it experienced and witnessed in both the government and private sectors, mainly within the fields of infrastructure and construction.

KHDA role in Dubai is to develop knowledge and learning capacity for its residents. This paper reviews the reform within the education sector along with initiatives adopted by KHDA to achieve this reform.
