Submission of filled permit cancellation request

  1. Official Letter/Attested and notarized board resolution from the shareholders addressing the interest to close the school.
  2. Clearance letter from respective government authorities
  3. Clearance letter from the Administrative Support Unit - KHDA.
  4. Clearance from the all employees confirming that they have received their full dues.
  5. Clearance from the bank stating that School account is closed
  6. Parent circular/communication informing them of the closure
