Submission of renewal application & fees payment

1. Previous educational permit (Original)
   
2. Education provider data sheet (approved tuition fees and number of students per grade)
   
3. Attested and stamped annual calendar for current academic year (KHDA format)
   
4. Appointment letters of the current principal and school representative(s) with passport copy.
   
5. Valid copy of lease agreement or land ownership certificate (original to be seen).
   
6. Copy of valid bank guarantee of the sponsored employees and list of employees from the Ministry of Labor
   
7. Copy of the valid EHS certificate from competent EHS Authority (Dubai Civil Defense)
   
8. Valid contract with permitted clinic/hospital if there is no resident doctor
   
9. Valid NOC from Department of Health & Medical Services
   
10. NOC from Road and Transportation Authority.
