  2. Notarized shareholders resolution affecting winding up of the training institute.
  3. Training Institute Closure Action Plan
Application for Renewal/Amendment/ Cancellation of
Educational Services Permit

Payment of any overdue fees & Collecting Educational Permit cancellation letter & Signed Undertaking

Undertaking which is supposed to be submitted by the customer, and should contain the following elements:

  1. The settlement of all financial dues of:

    a. Employees
    b. Students
    c. Government Authorities

    Wherever applicable, all students trainings should be completed
