This Distance Learning Evaluation (DLE) is one of the tools available to help parents learn about the quality of education offered by private schools in Dubai. Every private school in Dubai has its own DLE report. This can be used in conjunction with annual school inspection results to give parents a complete understanding of the quality of blended education their children are receiving. The DLE covers:

• Students’ distance learning and wellbeing
• Teaching and monitoring of students’ learning
• Leading and managing students’ learning.

The Distance Learning Evaluation is a collaborative initiative between the UAE Ministry of Education, the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge and the Sharjah Private Education Authority and KHDA.
