  • Trade Name reservation and Initial Approval from the relevant commercial authority has to be submitted

Change Manager

  • Application Form
  • Passport Copy
  • Resume
  • Notarized Specimen Signature (Notary Public) for the Manager of the institute
  • Attested Qualification
  • Commercial License
Change Share Holder
  • Passport copy of new shareholder(s)\ Visa
  • Notarized Specimen Signature (Notary Public) of individual shareholder(s) of the institute
  • Copy of Amended MOA/AOA (shares transfer agreement), notarized by Notary Public
  • For Corporate Shareholders, Notarized Board Resolution calling for the ownership of shares of the Training Institute, and appointing Manager/Representative
  • For Corporate Shareholders, Original or Notarized copy of valid Commercial License/Certificate of Incorporation
  • Signed Undertaking (template provided upon approval)
  • Application for Amendment of Educational Services Permit
  • Application Fees
  • Copy of updated Commercial License from DED or Free Zone Authority
